In our work, I apply Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Self Compassionate practices. I use The Gottman techniques for couples therapy. I provide individualized Anger Management and Positive Communication skills to enrich problem solving. I also encourage Positive Parenting with the STEP Model.
