I work with individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and the many transitions that can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or the people we love. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move through what is difficult while developing a deeper sense of resilience, self-trust, and well-being.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I draw from attachment-focused therapy, CBT, DBT, and Brainspotting (BSP) to help clients understand and process their emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen communication, and create healthier patterns in their relationships.
