I am an LCSW and a Creativity Coach who enjoys working with adults and youth who are feeling "stuck" and are seeking ways in which they can feel better and cope with life's challenges. Learning new ways of exploring personal goals, increasing emotional, physical and social well-being are opportunities for a more fulfilling life. I can offer you the space to reflect upon your life in a safe, respected and confidential environment.
By using a person-centered, strength-based, and wellness focused approach I work with people to create positive and growth producing change. My practice also includes Poetry Therapy, Soulcollage groups and Yoga for emotional healing. Creativity Coaching is available for adults to help awaken, enhance, and bring alive each person's expressive nature.
I enjoy working with people in all the various life stages as each comes with its own unique challenges and possibilities. I am deeply interested in my clients, I listen and take time to understand each person's situation and am honored to be a witness to the growth and change that can occur within the therapeutic relationship.
