I hope to “undo aloneness” by providing a safe space for you to explore patterns that keep you feeling stuck and offering tools that can support your growth. When emotions are attuned to, explored, and expressed, healing is possible. I believe in treating the whole person- specifically paying attention to what we can learn from the body’s innate wisdom.
