I work well with adults 18 years and older who are motivated to explore the roots of their current struggles such as anxiety & panic, depression, attachment & relationship ruptures, traumatic experiences and family of origin concerns including complex trauma and emotional neglect. I support those who are experiencing burn out, grief and loss or need a safe, confidential space to process internal conflicts.
I hope to “undo aloneness” while helping you explore past experiences that keep you feeling stuck in thought patterns or behaviors. I work from evidence-based models and have a holistic perspective-honoring the connection between the mind, body, and emotions. I am trained in EMDR which is highly successful in treating trauma and a wide variety of concerns.
