I specialize in anxiety disorders, couples therapy, and parenting challenges. I give clients strategies to help achieve their goals and help improve the quality of their life.

I have practiced psychotherapy for over 20 years and graduated from grad school in 1992. I enjoy creating a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel safe reaching their goals in a creative way by building on their strengths. This strength-based perspective helps one navigate through life challenges.
