I specialize in anxiety disorders, couples therapy, and parenting challenges.
I have practiced psychotherapy for over 28 years and graduated from grad school in 1992. I enjoy creating a supportive and empathetic environment where clients feel safe reaching their goals in a creative way by building on their strengths.
