over 25 years experience offering Virtual and in person therapy. I strive to create a supportive, nurturing, and nonjudgmental environment where therapy-seekers feel safe, heard, and respected. During the first session, I focus on getting to know the individual or couple, understanding their concerns and goals, and helping them feel comfortable with the therapeutic process. Together, we begin identifying areas of focus and developing a plan for moving forward.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders and offer a wide range of effective anxiety-reduction techniques tailored to each person’s needs. I also specialize in couples therapy using the research-based Gottman Method to help couples strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier relationships.
With over 25 years of experience, I provide insight oriented , practical therapy that goes beyond surface level coping to create meaningful lasting change. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. I also accept most major insurance plans.
