My focus is on supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), and self-esteem challenges. I work with clients to create a safe, supportive space where they can explore their experiences, build coping skills, and develop greater resilience in daily life.

I utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, which helps individuals understand and process past trauma without reliving it, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which explores how thoughts influence emotions and behaviors.

I aim to empower clients to gain insight into their challenges and work collaboratively within therapy to create meaningful, lasting change.
