Women's Wellness Group for Caregivers
Join us this fall outdoors in nature for 8 weeks of connection, healing, and learning. Beginning April 28th, we will meet at 10:30am at Limestone Pavilion by the San Gabriel River in Georgetown, TX to connect with nature, share, and experience the healing of a woman's group. Our focus will be on boundary setting, finding balance and healing in nature. Each week will build on the next, and we will incorporate journaling, breathing meditation and movement as well as sharing. If you are called to this, please reach out!
