My passion is working with people who are motivated to change, who are often high achieving but struggle to make their needs and wants a priority. I have experience treating: abandonment, abuse, anxiety, attachment issues, body image, boundary setting, codependency, control issues, depression, divorce/divorce adjustment, emotional abuse, fear, isolation, life-purpose, parenting, physical abuse, self-compassion, self-esteem, self-worth, shame, social anxiety, stress, trust issues and worry.

I use a trauma informed, cognitive/dialectical behavioral therapeutic approach and a solution focused, collaborative model to treatment planning. I am trained in culturally competent mental health care and understand that each person is unique and has different needs. Your treatment plan will be tailored to you and your specific circumstances.

I work best with clients who are motivated for meaningful change and willing to actively engage in the process. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and focused on understanding patterns, building insight, and making practical changes that carry into your daily life.
