I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, college students, and families. I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and emotional regulation.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe that every person has unique strengths and the capacity for growth. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, so I work closely with each client to develop personalized goals and interventions that meet their individual needs.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel valued, heard, and respected. Together, we will explore challenges, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
