Please contact me via email for scheduling. Every individual is worthy and deserving of support, healing, and having their voice heard. As a person-centered therapist, my intention is to provide a safe space for my clients where they can feel comfortable and empowered during the healing process and meeting their goals. For years, I have provided an empathetic, compassionate, and supportive approach while working with individuals, families, couples and groups from all walks of life who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, struggles with addiction and relationships, grief and loss, emotional disturbance, and mood disorders.
In my practice, I honor the uniqueness and individuality of each person, which is why I have been trained in many different therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
Your possibilities in life are endless, and you have the ability to heal and make lasting change, regardless of what life has told you. Often, we just need support in that process, and I will be that support for you. I look forward to working with you!
