Whether you're worried about your mood, relationship issues, stressful live events, or something else entirely, I can help you to identify the problems you are facing, adapt, and develop new coping skills. Most of my clients are doing really well in their lives until something comes along and they get "stuck"; It's my job to help you get unstuck and get to a better emotional place that is more balanced and more stable.
I believe in meeting people where they are at and tailoring my approach to what my clients need. This is serious work, but I believe in using humor whenever possible, and in being honest, straightforward, and authentic in my approach. I strongly believe in the mind-body connection and in using cognitive approaches to help you achieve goals.
