I have an extensive background in crisis intervention and have been working with clients for 19 years. In my practice I use supportive, insight-oriented and cognitive techniques in order to help my clients identify the source of their dissatisfaction and begin to pursue a more fulfilling life.

My style is compassionate, the pace of therapy individualized and the direction of progress always moving forward. Therapy will help you gain a better understanding of your difficulties and strengths, and help you acquire tools to manage life successfully.
