I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, identity exploration, relationship and family challenges, stress, life transitions, bipolar disorder, chronic conditions, and cultural identity concerns. I create an open-minded, creative, collaborative space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered. I especially enjoy supporting LGBTQ+ clients, including those exploring identity and transgender experiences. Trained at The University of Oklahoma, I help clients build insight, coping skills, and meaningful change with warmth, curiosity, compassion and practical support.
My therapy approach is flexible, collaborative, and tailored to each client. I use CBT, psychodynamic, narrative, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and strengths-based techniques to help clients explore patterns, process emotions, and build practical tools that support healing, growth, and lasting change.
