Current Tacoma Availability! Child/Adolescent/Young Adult Therapist. Therapy does not have to be scary or mysterious - it is about learning skills and gaining insights that get you closer to feeling more you, feeling well and thriving. TEENS - Maybe you are not sure how someone you do not know yet can help you. I provide a respectful, transparent space in which you are better able to figure out what changes you want to make to improve your life. Parents/Caregivers - if you are struggling with your child's behavior (age 4-8), I welcome the opportunity to partner with you to help get things back on track.
I work with Children, Adolescents, Young Adults and their Families. You can expect a comfortable, respectful space. I offer evidence-based treatment (skills) for symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma for teens and behavior-related challenges for small children and their caregivers. I believe in individualizing the experience to your needs, style and goals.
