I focus my work with clients on their wish to feel better both internally and with others in their lives. In order to provide therapy service that is useful to my clients I work to understand their unique needs. I want to know what brings them to therapy now. Sometimes it is due to challenging situations and relationships other times it is due to overwhelming feelings of anger, anxiety, depression or confusion. We will work together to understand your needs and to find ways to alleviate your negative feelings. Together we will find coping strategies to help you manage your feelings.
When I work with individuals and families I am very respectful of what makes us all unique. I listen with intention and offer insight and ideas that help you develop your own strategies for positive change. Together we can make both short and long term goals to make the most out of your therapy experience.
