My practice involves a very eclectic and psycho-spiritual approach to psychotherapy. One of my specialty areas is to combine traditional clinical strategies with a more holistic and spiritual orientation into my healing practice. Some of these techniques include, hypnotherapy, energy work as in Reiki, meditation, visualization, mindfulness and breathing.
