For over 25 years, my work has centered on the dialogue between the story the body tells and the lived impact experiences that shape us. Through intentional inner focus, I support clients in cultivating the awareness that makes new ways of being possible. I’ve have learned that what many of us are seeking is liberation from what holds us hostage and a renewed relationship with ourselves. My intention is to offer connection, reflection, and deep listening as each person’s process unfolds. Therapy in this setting is a cultivation between process, awareness and attunement, and the celebration of shared lived experiences.
Born and raised in Colombia, my work is inspired by the storytelling traditions of my maternal lineage and a belief that healing is ultimately an act of love. I bring this perspective into every therapeutic relationship, honoring culture, ancestry, and the wisdom that lives within the body.
My practice centers on supporting individuals to reconnect with their innate essence through compassion, integrity, and presence. Whether you are navigating trauma, grief, or the longing to live more fully, I am here to support your journey with care and attentiveness.
