I am a dedicated and passionate clinician who understands the challenges and difficulties we all face. I am focused on helping my clients achieve their maximum potential. I have successfully helped several clients address different issues, focusing on empowering them to take control of their lives.
In my practice, I use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I work with people with co-occurring disorders, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other mood disorders.
I allow my clients to be just themselves, I create a therapeutic environment where they feel comfortable sharing their story and working to reach their goals. No one knows more about the client than the client themselves; I help them to identify the right coping mechanisms to cope with their symptoms and ultimately reach their goals.
