With over 20 years of counseling experience, I work on a wide variety of issues, including clinical depression, mood disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, drug abuse, PTSD, and teenage behavioral problems. I also specialize in stress management, conflict resolution, anger management, life coaching, relationship issues, and personal growth.
I offer flexible hours and Saturday appointments. Office is centrally located on hwy 6 in west Houston. I am a cognitive-behavioral therapy specialist, EMDR trained and also use Internal Family Systems therapy. Call for a free 10 minute consultation.
