Hello I am currently accepting new clients and their families. We will work together, enhancing personal and relational skills for immediate concerns and prevent relapse. I support progressive family and social change, helping parents and partners, understand their children as individuals while nurturing children to be respectful, engaged family members, informed critical thinkers, and responsible citizens. I guide parents offering boundaries appropriate to children's developmental stage, while involving children in decisions. I offer a welcoming, sensitive and respectful approach, using my talents and humor to aid the child, individual, couple, and family to successfully achieve their relationship goals.
I engage with all ages, establishing healthy responses to past and present challenges including: depression, mood management, anxiety and behavioral disorders. With coping strategies for parenting/ relationships/ adjusting to loss, desensitizing past experiences and disapating self defeating behaviors. I help define and achieve life/career/health and relational goals.
I support clients of all racial, ethnic, cultural, religious/non-religious backgrounds, and gender/sexual orientations. I oppose all forms of corporal punishment, oppression, or exploitation. I empower clients to practice skills and insight to overcome distress, working efficiently to promote self determination, independence and lasting personal/relational health.
