We all have a unique expression of life force energy, but at times it may seem the core self has been pummeled by trauma, loss, pain, unhealthy relationships, or life in a toxic culture. Often when trying to make change, clients find that despite being inspired, they can't do what they need to do in order to live the meaningful life they desire.
I guide clients in five areas, (mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual) to actualize their authentic, effective, loving, and empowered selves. Through empathetic listening, reflection, and psychoeducation, in a cultural and gender competent setting, I help people develop their resilience, and get clarity about the life they want to live.
