Welcome! I'm Marc and it's real special to get your attention in a world that is so fast-paced and ever-changing. Today is a special day. It is the first day of the rest of your life and at this moment, you can be grateful. You are doing something for yourself by going on this journey of bettering your mental health. Many of us struggle with navigating the variety of challenges and changes of our lives- I know that I have. There are periods of time that are especially confusing, overwhelming and novel. In therapy, we can become more balanced, healthy, whole and our best and truest form of ourselves. Yes we can!
I work mainly with individuals coping with loss, change, stress, crisis and stage shifts. As a therapist, I try to help clients practice skills to get through these tough times, cultivate and bolster their already innate and learned virtues, and recognize the gifts to be gleaned from the period of time or circumstance that they find themselves in.
Individuals that work with me experience a deeper appreciation for themselves and the world we live in. They gain a more adaptive set of attitudes, thoughts, feelings & behaviors. They get a fuller understanding of how to better their lives and put that into practice. I look forward to listening and helping you develop an even better and stronger self.
