You might need an unbiased 3rd party to process things. Maybe someone to understand what feelings you're going through? Or someone to hold up a mirror with a trauma-informed and compassionate lens. Whether it be depression, anxiety, grief, relationships, trauma, or difficult life transitions, we’ll collaborate together to help you be you. Sometimes we just need a soft place to land when we fall.
I use a humanistic approach and follow a foundation of Person-Centered Therapy. I do my best to meet you where you are at so that we can collaborate and see how we can process and/or navigate through the rough transitions in life. Interventions also include CBT, Solutions-Focused, Emotions-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Psycho-Dynamic therapies.
Imagine that you're a ship in the middle of a vast ocean known as Life. You can consider me a map to explore different opportunities; or a compass to ensure you don't get lost; a light house to prevent you from crashing; or I can be another ship right next to you to make sure you don't sink.
