My approach to therapy emphasizes a warm, supportive environment where people can feel comfortable to share their emotions and make changes in their life. I have a lot of experience helping people with anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, depression, relationships and issues with their careers.
While it is often difficult to take the first step and call a therapist, I make a strong effort to help every person feel comfortable and never feel judged.
