Along with my clinical mental health counseling experience, I have years of experience as a school counselor. I spent time as a middle school guidance counselor, helping children and adolescents work through the many challenges (self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, identity issues, peer/family conflict, etc.) they face in that difficult stage of life.
