My orientation to counseling is integrative, grounded in the importance of making meaning of our circumstances. I do, however, remain flexible in the use of techniques that are often associated with Integral Counseling, Logotherapy, Reality Therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral approaches so that counseling is tailored to your specific needs.
