In a warm environment you'll feel supported, appreciated, validated. I teach you assertiveness skills and anger management so you can advocate for yourself. I'll underline maladaptive patterns, helping you change them. I'll empower you to regain your footing. Together we'll discover a more tolerable existence.
For your convenience and safety, I am currently seeing all clients via Skype, FaceTime, zoom, or by telephone session. If there is another form of video conferencing software that you prefer, please let me know! Please feel free to contact me with any questions or to schedule appointments!
