Fluent in English and Spanish, I provide a warm, culturally sensitive space where you can feel heard and supported. I specialize in trauma, domestic violence, parenting, emotional healing, and family relationships. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, I help clients gain insight, manage emotions, strengthen resilience, improve communication, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
