At Bloom & Heal Therapy Services, our goal is to support individuals in building emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth. We are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions, strengthen coping skills, and improve their overall well-being. Using evidence-based practices and a collaborative, strengths-focused approach, we work alongside clients to foster meaningful, lasting change while promoting mental health and holistic healing.
My clinical work centers on supporting individuals/families through complex experiences, with a focus on cultural identity, belonging, & relationships. I work with couples, adolescents, and young adults facing acculturative stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, offering a collaborative space for growth & clarity (Spanish & English).
