You've been surviving for a long time — pushing through pain, masking your symptoms, and pretending you’re “fine” when you’re anything but. As a therapist with lived experience, I understand the grief of losing the life you planned, the trauma of medical gaslighting, and the emotional toll of navigating a world that isn’t built for your body. I specialize in supporting adults with chronic illness, chronic pain, disability, and medical trauma. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, invalidated, or stuck in survival mode.
I also run a monthly online workshop, Chronically Ill Conversations, for adults with chronic medical conditions to connect and receive support.
Therapy with me is a validating, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to minimize your pain. We’ll explore your emotions and build coping tools that fit your energy limits.
