This is a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group for adults residing in Psypact States. Individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or other psychological disorders characterized by emotion regulation difficulties have been shown to benefit from this therapeutic intervention. DBT skills groups offer interactive psychoeducational opportunities to learn skills related to Emotion Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Mindfulness, and Distress Tolerance. It is a semi-open group with rolling opportunities to join the group (based upon availability) approximately every six weeks. Cost is $85 per session, and superbills are provided to participants for insurance reimbursement claims (Times displayed in EST).
