Hello and welcome. I am an interactive, supportive psychologist with over 14 years of experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and identities. I take a strengths-based, practical approach, and bring a balance of humor, respect, and compassion to my work. In our sessions, we will build trust so that you can feel comfortable opening up and exploring your experiences. This is a starting point for you to learn more about yourself and find ways to handle challenging relationships, emotions, and decisions.
I have expertise in helping clients with depression and anxiety as well as parenting, relationships, career decisions, and managing ADHD. I enjoy supporting new parents and parents of neurodiverse children to manage the demands of parenting while also maintaining a space for self. I have experience working with women with ADHD to develop coping strategies.
Are you beginning your search for a therapist? Finding the right person is not easy. It's important to feel comfortable and understood in your sessions. I'm very happy to meet with you to discuss what's on your mind and to see if we might be a good fit.
