I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I’ll bring my training and experience, but more importantly, I’ll show up as a real person who’s fully invested in your growth. My approach is integrative, and grounded in person-centered, evidence-based practices, while remaining flexible, human, and empathetic. I have specialized training in EMDR and Sandtray.

I provide client centered, holistic therapy to address general well-being and issues resulting from the traumatic effects of abuse, neglect, combat, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and other adverse life circumstances. We may include other empirical therapies, such as EMDR, CBT, or Sandtray. Most patients see gradual lifting of symptoms within a month and consistent improvement thereafter.
