About
Searching for a psychotherapist can be difficult. My practice is focused on providing an empathic, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic approach. I provide a warm collaborative environment respecting each person's unique history, culture, struggles, strengths, and goals. Like many people, you may feel stuck in your life and may be encountering repeated difficulties. When left untreated, anxiety, difficulties managing feelings, relationship issues, depressions, and inhibitions can significantly impact one's life. I focus on working together to help promote your growth, expand your capacity to think and feel, and learn new and more adaptive ways of coping with your life challenges.
My clinical experience includes specialties working with high-risk children/adolescents and adults and with severely abused, neglected, and traumatized youth. I have worked extensively with suicidal and self-harming patients and have specialized training in working with commercially sexually exploited children. My experience also includes working with teenagers/young adults with psychotic symptoms.
I have been providing psychotherapy for over 10 years. I provide psychotherapy for infants, children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families. I am a Clinical Associate at the New Center for Psychoanalysis.
