I enjoy empowering individuals with the necessary tools and resources that will allow them to engage in a healthy and self-sufficient lifestyle. I hope to be an ongoing advocate for the importance of therapy whether it is for short-term goals or for on-going support.
I have worked as a Social Worker for 13 years and have always been passionate to serve my community. I have experience working with individuals, couples and families offering a range of therapy services. I specialize in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered and Strength-Base Approach.
I have seen my fair share of life’s stressors and trauma’s and how they can affect people. I believe my expertise and skill set can help individuals cope. l welcome questions about my experience or therapeutic approach.
