I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, depression, and self-esteem, including couples therapy. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, EMDR, and other eclectic, related modalities. I also work with Schema therapy.
Having lived in Europe for several years, I deeply understand bicultural and cross-cultural challenges. My background as an academic researcher also shapes my approach, allowing me to connect with and support clients from diverse backgrounds in a meaningful way.
