I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10+ years working with a range of clients dealing with mental health and life issues. Life as we all know can be very challenging at times. I know this feeling all too well. I will be providing a safe space so that you can not only share your challenges but also to be yourself. I will be there to guide you through your journey of learning to overcome these challenges while developing healthy coping skills. I am here to help you to become the best version of yourself and if you are willing to do the work you will be proud of all the growth that you will achieve during this journey.
For our first session we will discuss the goals you want to work on for therapy and then I will learn more about you so that I can tailor your therapy journey to support you.
My greatest strength as a therapist is actively listening to your goals and challenging you in a supportive way to achieve these goals. My main modalities that I utilize in sessions are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. I have completed training in trauma work.
