My work is to help you thrive, not just survive. I offer healing care for your body and mind to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and recover from trauma.
As an occupational therapist, I help people do the things that matter to them. My scope of practice includes mental, physical, and spiritual health. I offer both talk-based and touch-based services including somatic therapy, executive function support, lymphatic drainage massage, and craniosacral therapy.
