I have been a therapist for 16+ years and bring many years of clinical and personal life experience to my practice. I personally have been affected by grief/loss and the challenges of caregiving which led me to help others. I use a practical and empathetic approach to therapy while helping people reach their goals.
I have many years of work experience in hospice, skilled nursing homes, hospitals, and medical insurance. I am experienced in the treatment of grief/loss, prolonged grief disorder, depression, and anxiety, using a holistic approach in practice. I have specialized training and experience working with older adults and caregivers.
