Hi there! I'm a lifelong Alaskan who has been been providing mental health services in the Anchorage area since 2015. I see clients of all ages, seeking help in all sorts of areas, and have particular expertise in working with folks who have experienced traumatic or stressful events, who are adjusting to a big life change, or who are grappling with depression and anxiety. I also have notable experience working with families navigating child behavior challenges and mood disorders.
I am a big believer in using evidence-based practices and am trained in several that can be used with kids and teenagers. I find parent involvement contributes hugely a child's progress, and when working with kids and teens I incorporate parents into care as much as possible and appropriate.
I am currently accepting new clients and would love to talk more about how I can help you and your family reach your goals. I am in network with Aetna, Premera, Moda, EBMS and CuraLinc, and am happy to discuss financial specifics with you before we get started.
