Life can be overwhelming. As a mother and artist juggling work, home, art, and time for me—trust me, I get it.
As a 20+ year wellness expert, I know balance is crucial. But circumstances don’t always support wellbeing. That’s why I’m here for support. Life trauma and chronic stress can disrupt equanimity. My approach is based in science, incorporating the body and nervous system into the therapeutic conversation, but it is elevated by art. In our work together, we get curious and go deep, offering attention and empathy to neglected needs and unconscious forces. Only when the wailing voice inside receives care can capacity grow.
I'm a woman in my 50s, tough yet tender, with a wealth of lived experience. I provide a safe environment that invites humor and warmth. My clinical work is integrative and intuitive and draws on years of study in spiritual, philosophical, and somatic modalities.
My aim is to foster interconnectedness and facilitate transformation. In our sessions, I want you to slow down and discover YOUR process. I can be fiercely protective of my clients’ journeys as I hold space for you to ultimately heal your own wounds and create your own change.
