I’m passionate about helping others live their lives to their fullest potential, and I aim to create a safe space for clients to explore their individual journey toward personal growth. I’m a trauma-informed therapist and I use somatic practices to help clients listen to the wisdom of their mind/body connection. I have found that using EMDR together with parts work (IFS) is transformative in helping clients process difficult experiences, address their barriers and learn to relate to themselves and others in a more open and heartfelt way.
My therapeutic approach is based in developmental trauma and attachment theory, exploring clients' origin stories to learn the root cause of unhelpful patterns. We each hold so much power for our own healing and my aim is to help you develop awareness and compassion for all aspects of self, as we work together to help you reach your goals.
