I often address depression; general and social anxiety; family relationship struggles; perfectionism, overachievement, control, workaholism; singlehood/couplehood; mother/daughter issues; life transitions (new job/job loss, move, engagement, divorce/breakup, etc.); personal identity, existential questions ("Who am I? Why am I here?").
I have found that people suffer most when they feel shame. Good therapy is not an effort to eradicate so-called bad parts of your experience but instead to find out what is needing to be expressed and understood. With this, many people experience a greater sense of personal freedom, intimacy, and creativity over time.
