We all face challenges in life and my goal is to help you cope and thrive during those challenges. Are you and your partner/spouse arguing more than usual? Has tension at home or work become unbearable? Maybe life has presented you with an unexpected challenge. It could be a health diagnosis, loss of a loved one or just struggling to handle daily life. Life is a journey and there are times on that journey where support is essential. I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience working with individuals and couples during incredibly difficult times. Today is a new day and tomorrow can be more peaceful.
With my compassionate and a non judgmental approach we will work together to help you see through the darkness and rediscover hope and connection. My approach in therapy is strength based, acquiring new coping skills and psycho educational skills to relate more comfortably with others and feel more comfortable in your own skin.
