Between Worlds: A Space for Acculturation Support
An open process group for adults navigating the complexities and richness of living between cultures. Together, we explore acculturative stress, identity, belonging, and the emotional impact of cultural value conflicts. This group provides a compassionate, trauma-informed space to reduce isolation, share experiences, and strengthen cultural resilience. Members will reflect on how cultural and social influences shape their sense of self, while fostering mutual understanding and connection. Ideal participants are open to self-exploration, curious about others’ experiences, and seeking a supportive community to grow and find belonging between worlds. Insurance Accepted.
