My experience has been working with people dealing with mental health issues including those who have suffered trauma, depression and anxiety among other.
I have received training in EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interactive Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Group Crisis Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Informed practices among other. This extensive training has provided me with the tools to assist people in healing trauma, which has been the heart of my work.
My sessions focus on empathy, kindness and attentive listening centering on people’s stories and providing an environment for individuals to feel safe.
