Parenting can feel tough when your child is having big feelings like worry, sadness, or frustration. It’s not always easy to know what they need or how to respond. I work with kids ages 2–10 and their parents to ease these challenges, strengthen connection, and bring more calm and confidence into daily life. Many families come to me looking for support in creating a happier, more peaceful home for their children and their families.
I enjoy working with adults (18+) and older adults who feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or life changes, and who are looking for practical tools alongside deeper emotional understanding.
I specialize in working with kids and their families, creating a warm, supportive space where children feel safe and parents feel supported. I use PCIT, CBT and DBT techniques, to guide my work with children, families, and adults.
