Our mission is to positively impact the mental wellness of Asian American & Pacific Islanders (AAPIs) and their communities through culturally responsive mental health care, intersectional education, community connection, and affinity-based mentorship. Mango Tree Counseling & Consulting is a mental health resource center that centers on the needs of the Asian-American Community in the Philadelphia Metro area and the states of PA and New Jersey. We provide healing-centered approaches toward mental health wellness and support our communities in finding a home in their bodies, minds, and communities.
Our team provides individual, group, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We offer a range of mental wellness programming to provide opportunities to improve your alignment towards your values, improve mental health, and take mindful action to make important decisions. We are a generalist mental health practice.
Our approach to counseling and psychotherapy is grounded in love, honor, and respect. We are committed to co-creating opportunities for folx to work through pain, frustration, anger, and hope in navigating what it means to be Asian-American, and navigating varying intersections of identity. Works in Progress: Asian Americans Work Recovery
This closed 6-week psychotherapy group, led by Dr. Noel Ramirez, is designed specifically for Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) folx who are navigating the complexities of their racial identity while struggling with workaholism, underearning, burnout, and a sense of disconnection from time and purpose. We will explore cultural narratives, and personal history impact our relationships with work, money, and time. Through shared experiences we will work towards setting healthier boundaries, redefining success, and healing from the pressure.
