We are Asian/ Asian-American mental health professionals and advocates who seek to improve the mental health of our communities through connection, mobilization, and compassion. Mango Tree Counseling & Consulting is a mental health resource center that centers its efforts on the needs of the Asian-American Community in the Philadelphia Metro area and state of PA. We provide healing-centered approaches towards mental health wellness and support to our communities in finding a home in their bodies, minds, and communities.
Our team provides individual, group, family, and group psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We offer a range of mental wellness programming to provide opportunities to improve your alignment towards your values, improve mental health, and to take mindful action to important decisions.
Our approach to counseling and psychotherapy is grounded in love, honor, and respect. We are committed to co-creating opportunities for folx to work through pain, frustration, anger, and hope in navigating what it means to be Asian-American, and navigating varying intersections of identity. The goal of our work is to enhance mental wellness.
