Each of us hold unique stories, and it is through these stories that we understand relationships, engage with the world, and relate to ourselves. When we feel trapped in a narrative, it can be hard to know how to move forward. By finding new perspective, gaining greater self-understanding, and exploring what's hidden under the surface, you can break painful cycles and live a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative. Working from a psychodynamic perspective, I help my clients understand how the complicated interactions between past and present can unconsciously influence their emotions and way of living. With curiosity and openness, we challenge unhelpful patterns of engaging with yourself, others, and the world.
